What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. Each quote is scaled to the number of people to dress, the number of outfits per person and your budget.
How long from brief to delivery?
For a selection of professional pieces, allow about six weeks, fittings and alterations included, depending on the availability of the items. For an outfit designed for you, allow 8 to 16 weeks, prototype included.
Can we approve a prototype before production?
Yes, for any outfit designed for you: that is the Prototype step of our method, you touch, try on and approve the piece before any production is launched. For a selection of existing pieces, you try them on and approve them before the order. No surprises.
Where are your garments made?
Our partner ateliers are selected across Europe and the Mediterranean according to the expertise required (fine tailoring, silk printing, embroidery, cashmere knitting). Supervision and quality control remain based in Geneva at every stage.
Do you offer reorder services?
Yes. We keep your items, sizes and specifications on file. Restocking is done piece by piece, on the terms set out in your quote; if an item is no longer available, we propose an equivalent piece.
How does the first meeting work?
30 minutes, no commitment, on a call or on site. We listen to your brand, your stakes, your constraints. Only then do we come back with a structured proposal.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We deliver in Switzerland and abroad. Fittings take place at your premises, on your site.
